The Project Manager II is responsible for coordinating major projects as part of a Project Management team. They manage and oversee project work by participating in long, medium, and short-term planning of contracts and evaluating project progress.
Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges
– Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
