Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Project Manager II for the Vancouver Acute team with a salary range of CAD $54.19/Hr. to CAD $77.89/Hr.
Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year

Our client, a leading event management company in Toronto, is currently seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendors
– Collaborate with clients to create event concepts, themes, and layouts
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors
– Manage event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events
– Oversee event set-up, execution, and teardown
– Monitor and report on event KPIs and success metrics

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
– Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
