Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in (location). The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers to ensure that products are manufactured in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

– Supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers
– Monitoring production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
– Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures
– Training and coaching production workers to improve performance
– Maintaining production records and reports
– Collaborating with other departments to resolve production issues
– Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production goals

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
– 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
