Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. The CRA will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, and conducting site visits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct site visits to ensure protocol adherence, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
– Create and maintain study documentation such as study protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions
– Coordinate communication between sponsors, investigators, and study sites
– Assist with study participant recruitment and retention efforts
– Ensure study data is collected, recorded, and reported accurately
– Monitor study progress and identify and resolve issues or discrepancies
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. life sciences, nursing)
– 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role
– Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulations
– Excellent organization and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
– Willingness to travel to study sites as needed
