Colliers Project Leaders is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Operational Readiness and Move Management to join their consulting team. They specialize in delivering capital project solutions to meet their clients’ needs.
Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process and ensuring that production schedules are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and of high quality
– Develop production schedules and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation
– Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
– Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the production facility
– Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure product specifications are met
– Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
– Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Expected salary: $75000 – 110000 per year
