Job Description:

Our client, a leading technology company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers over the phone, email, and in person. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members, and provide training and assistance to users as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous technical support experience is preferred, but not required. A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is also desirable.
