Job Description:

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
– Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Go the extra mile to engage customers.
– Have a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
– Previous customer service experience is an asset.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
