Position: Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

Employment Type: Contract, Full-time

Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong probability of extension

Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams.
• Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders.
• Champion project management best practices and processes.
• Take responsibility for full project life cycle ownership, including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Create plans for change management and communication.
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across team and cross-functional partners.
• Enable the organization to strategically envision, design, source, make, ship, and sell sustainable merchandise while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, at scale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of work experience in project management or program management, with at least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
• 5 years of experience working with agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe Agile, PI Planning, or Scrum.
• Experience in translating business strategy into roadmaps.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Experience in delivering training and communication to large groups/teams.
• 3 years of experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, including buying, supply planning, and range planning.
• Experience with order management, replenishment, forecasting, and warehouse management systems.
• Experience managing budgets of at least 2 million USD.
