Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Provide information about products and services
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
– Identify and escalate priority issues to management

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
