Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within a female-led Indigenous business focused on modular construction. The successful candidate will work with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities to oversee project implementation and ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the overall success of each event.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and promotional materials
– Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events
– Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports
– Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates
– Manage event logistics, including set-up, tear down, and staff scheduling
– Implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
