Job Description:

Are you looking for a rewarding career in Social Services? We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with residents to assist them with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
– Implement individualized care plans and support goals developed by the interdisciplinary team
– Provide emotional support and guidance to residents in a compassionate and understanding manner
– Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
– Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
– Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
– Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
