VP Foundations, a new construction company under the Carlson Foundation, is seeking a skilled Project Manager for a land piling project in North Vancouver. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the success of the project.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Salary: Competitive

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers
– Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
– Provide product information and assistance with ordering
– Communicate with internal teams to address customer needs

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
