Our client, a successful company in Toronto, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
2. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
3. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
4. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
5. Prepare reports and presentations as requested
6. Provide administrative support to the team as required

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
