Job Description:

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Process orders and manage customer accounts
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
– Perform data entry and update customer information
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
