Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team at our busy restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines
– Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Assist with stock rotation and preparation for the next shift
– Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
– Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
