Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
– Identify new market opportunities and target markets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
– Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients
– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
– Travel to client meetings and events as required

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Willingness to travel as required
