Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading construction management company, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
– Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
– Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals
– Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
– Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
– PMP certification is an asset
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
– Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and regulations
