Job Description:
– Providing personal care to individuals in their homes under the direction of a healthcare professional
– Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
– Monitoring and recording vital signs
– Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Following care plans and communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
– Adhering to proper infection control procedures and maintaining a safe and clean environment
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:
– Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
