The Programs Coordinator reports to the Manager of Wellness and is responsible for coordinating program evaluation, project planning and technical expertise within the organization.
Training Coordinator
Job Description
Our company is looking for a Training Coordinator to help organize and coordinate training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and organize training programs for employees
– Develop training materials and resources
– Communicate effectively with employees and management
– Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
– Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2+ years of experience in training coordination or related field
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with learning management systems is a plus
