Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing and organizing office files and documents
