This content manager is responsible for preparing initial drafts of agreements based on past practices. They also identify and address potential concerns or issues related to material transfer and confidentiality agreements before they are finalized and executed by their supervisor.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and assist with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting visitors and clients
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Filing and organizing documents
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Data entry and reporting
– Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
