Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable function, including processing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and following up on overdue payments. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Process and post customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
– Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
– Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
– Prepare and analyze aging reports and recommend actions to improve cash flow
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues
– Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
– Provide support for other accounting functions as required

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred
