Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, scheduling, and operations to ensure a smooth running environment. The Restaurant Manager will also be expected to uphold all health and safety regulations, as well as maintain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
– Oversee staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training
– Ensure a clean and organized environment
– Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
– Uphold all health and safety regulations
– Provide excellent customer service
– Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
– Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
– Create and implement restaurant promotions and specials
