Senior Data Analyst

Salary: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year

Summary:

Allianz Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics and reporting solutions to support business needs. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements, design data models, and perform data analysis to drive performance improvement and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripting to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources
– Create and maintain complex data models and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
– Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business improvement
– Communicate and present data findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and data modeling
– Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or similar programming languages
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
