The Manager at BC Children’s & Women’s Hospital and Health Centre in Vancouver, BC is responsible for coordinating the collection and interpretation of clinical informatics for continuous quality improvement. This position is part of the Clinical Standardization team within the Business Management Office.

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is currently seeking a Deputy Clerk/Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and financial background, as well as experience in administrative roles. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Deputy Clerk/Accountant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and other administrative tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records, including budgets, reports, and financial statements
– Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
– Coordinate and support the administrative functions of the Finance department
– Conduct financial analysis and recommend improvements to financial processes
– Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies
– Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– CPA designation or pursuit of CPA designation is preferred
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial roles
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expected salary: $102938 – 147974 per year
