Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
