Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Providing information and assistance to customers
– Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:
