Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Answering inquiries and providing information to customers
– Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer accounts and records
– Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
