Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

Role Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
– Process customer orders and ensure accuracy

Requirements:
