The Trans Care BC Leadership Team is seeking a Program Management Director (PMD) to provide support for key operational meetings, including participation in the Health Canada Funded Project Steering Committee and Lower Surgery Provincial Committee. Job Description:
– The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner.
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide product information and resolve customer issues
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide support to the sales team as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
