Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and redirect phone calls
– Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
– Assist with HR and administrative tasks as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
