Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain files and records
– Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
– Assist with event planning and coordination

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
