Job Description:
Our company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices, reconciling statements, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also assist with related administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Verify and process invoices in a timely manner
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Assist with month-end closing procedures
– Maintain accurate records and files
– Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
– Provide support for other accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in accounts payable or related field
– Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
