Job Description

Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Location: Northampton, East Midlands
Salary: £18.50 per hour / £38,688 per annum + excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time

Shifts: Days or Nights available

Contract type: Permanent

*Excellent Clinical Lead opportunity for an RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in a small friendly nursing home situated in Northampton, East Midlands. The home offers a variety of care options including dementia, end of life and respite care. The home is close to public transport links and local shops.

Key Details:

Your role will be to work with the elderly, in adult care and in dementia and end-of-life care.

Dynamic role to lead nursing care and facilitate staff training.

Strong Day-to-day management of the nursing home.

Your role will include:

Responsibility for the well-being of the residents including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
You will lead and supervise the staff team to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.
A dynamic and adaptable approach to clinical and nurse management.
Work closely with the management team
Ensuring effective communication and good working relationships are maintained within the team and the home as a whole.

To be considered for the Clinical Lead role, you must be qualified as a Nurse, either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current registration with the NMC. You will also need to have clinical experience in a Dementia Care environment and have the relevant experience and ideally have a background in dementia care.
