Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Maintaining customer records and updating databases

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
