Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and managing customer accounts
– Updating customer records and documenting interactions

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
