Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide customers with product information and recommendations
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

– 1-3 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
– Excellent problem-solving skills
