The job is for an ISO Certification Senior Manager within a Risk Assurance Services practice. The manager will work as part of a team in a Certification Body, performing meaningful work within the ISO Certification practice.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Our company is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support, handling office tasks, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Assisting with data entry and record keeping
– Creating and maintaining filing systems
– Providing general administrative support to staff
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
