This is a hybrid Customer Success Manager role in Vancouver that requires three days in the office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration, or finance and 1-2 years of customer experience.
Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and meetings as requested
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
