Job Description
Personal assistant needed for busy executive at large corporation. Duties include managing schedule, coordinating appointments, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information is a must. Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
