Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Overall, successful candidates will contribute to creating a positive customer experience and have a genuine passion for sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and engaging with customers, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Position Responsibilities:

– Greet and direct customers
– Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
– Convince customers to purchase company merchandise through engaging sales presentations
– Process payments and exchanges
– Ensure merchandise is in-stock, presentable, and neatly displayed
– Keep records of transactions
– Take inventory as needed
– Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Job Requirements:

– Prior retail experience preferred but not required
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Proficiency in English
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
