Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $17 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information. Additionally, you will enter orders, process returns, and escalate issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
