Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, as well as handle and resolve customer complaints and issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
– Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify and escalate priority issues to management
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
