Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and provide order status updates
– Assist customers with product information and recommendations
