A highly skilled and experienced Project Manager is needed to oversee ICI projects in the Ottawa area worth $20M. The Project Manager is responsible for project success and provides leadership to the project team.
Position: Office Administrator

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Answering and directing phone calls and emails
– Providing administrative support to the team as needed
– Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
– Assisting with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an office administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
