Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and providing status updates to customers
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
