Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
