Job Description
Our company is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to all customers. Duties may include processing orders, updating customer accounts, and handling complaints.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to work well under pressure, and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
