Associate Director, Medical Communications

The Associate Director, Medical Communications will serve as a key member of the Medical Communications team, helping to create and execute communication strategies that effectively support the company’s products and services. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality medical communications materials, including congress and publication plans, medical education programs, and scientific training materials. The Associate Director will also lead and manage a team of medical writers and support staff, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and medical societies, to ensure that the company’s messages are effectively communicated. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical communications, with experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, and exceptional management and leadership skills.
