The role of a Manager/Senior Manager of Interior Design involves creating visually appealing and functional physical spaces that enhance the overall feel of a space. This position involves overseeing the development of layouts, specifications, visualizations, ordering materials, and overseeing on-site installations.
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
– Perform repairs on HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems
– Inspect buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
– Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
– Communicate with management regarding maintenance needs and concerns

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
– Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Detail-oriented and able to work independently
– Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
